Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

Manage the warehouse for a local design and manufacturing company.  Assemble, package and ship products to customers and distributors.

General Accountabilities

  • Pick, package, and ship orders
  • Basic assembly and packaging of product
  • Receive shipments
  • Manage accounts with UPS, FedEx, USPS
  • Organize warehouse
  • Maintain inventory count
  • Work closely with Customer Care team to fill orders in a timely and accurate manner

Skills/Abilities

  • Ability to move efficiently around warehouse and move boxes
  • Organized, detail oriented
  • Love of counting!
  • Good communication skills
  • Competent using PCs and office software
  • Forklift operating experience great, but not required

Job Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Hours and Pay

  • 20-30 hours/week, Monday – Friday
  • $10/hour

Customer Care Associate, Event Coordinator

Job Location
Logan, Utah

Job Summary

The Event Coordinator will work as part of the customer care team. This person will specialize in assisting our wholesale customers to successfully hold Kimberbell Events and coordinate all related details and actions. You will primarily interact with customers over the phone and by email, but occasionally in-person.

 

General Accountabilities

  • Scheduling events and coordinating event information with internal Kimberbell team and customer
  • Ensuring all event-related shipments and orders are sent in a timely manner
  • Making and reconciling invoices for events, assist customer in processing payment
  • Update the database by inputting information from each call and event
  • Taking customer calls and answering questions and resolving issues in a positive way
  • General customer support

Hours and Pay

  • 30-40 hours per week

Graphic Designer/Marketing Assistant

Logan, Utah

Job Summary

The Graphic Designer/Marketing Assistant will work as part of the marketing team. This person will be creating graphics specifically for the promotion of new products and events, web site graphics and print collateral including catalogs and brochures.  This person will also assist in other marketing-related functions such as photo shoots, social media and more as needed.

 

General Accountabilities

  • Creating graphics for the promotion of Kimberbell’s products and events
  • Defining and updating the bi-yearly catalog and other brochures
  • Styling and photography for new product
  • Packaging design and development
  • Update website with new graphics and products

Skills

  • Strong Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in creating graphics and promotions for consumer products
  • Great eye for design and ability to create in the “Kimberbell” style
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Hours and Pay

  • 20-25 Hours per week
  • $11-13 Depending on Experience
