If you love to sew or machine embroider as much as we do…especially for the holidays….then come sew with us! We kicked off August with our “Inspire-Along” featuring the “Jingle All The Way” collection for both sewing and machine embroidery. This collection features a gorgeous quilt, table runner, wall hanging, small pillow and a bench pillow! You can learn even more about these projects on THIS blog post!
What is an “inspire-along” you ask? Well…unlike a traditional sew-along, our “inspire-along” is designed to motivate and inspire you to get your “Jingle All The Way” projects done…and by the holidays without having to follow a specific schedule. I mean…raise your hand if your sewing room is bursting with UFO’s! (un-finished objects).
We have set a deadline of Nov. 1st for you to stitch your way to holiday bliss in less than 12 weeks. The best part? You can start where you are…at anytime…and we are all here to help motivate you along! We will post tips and tricks – share images and videos – and help answer questions as you sew. You can start with the quilt…or maybe you just want to do a few of the smaller projects, like the pillows first!
You will want to join our private facebook group – Kimberbells and “fellas” too. This is the place where the inspire-along happens. Just ask to join and we will approve you! Next, you will want to gather your supplies – you will need the sewing book (if you are a sewer) or the machine embroidery CD and book (if you are a machine embroiderer). Check your local shop to see if they are kitting the fabrics or even offering a class to get your started! You can also find a fabric list in THIS blog post.
This group is awesome to be a part of because of all the amazing support from people who love the same things as you! The Kimberbell team is also available to help answer questions and give feedback. We LOVE it when you share you projects!
In fact…during our “Jingle All The Way” inspire-along, we will be picking a weekly Monday winner from all the shares of JATW progress from the week before! We will also be selecting a grand prize winner on Nov. 1st who will receive a sleigh-full of Kimberbell goodies! Posting and sharing is how you enter! Come and join us!
Happy Sewing!

Love all the Jingle all the way projects.
thank you!
I wrote to ask about Mylar for your Jingle all the way projects and you were great. Next day I had my answer and I got it and made my lights. Thanks so much for such a prompt reply and for being so helpful. Been teaching your bench pillows in classes at my store and everyone loves them. Great directions. Thanks again
Can’t wait to get started. On the jingle all the way projects.
Hi Kim, I want to know in what book or cd do I find the wreath for over the door, on a previous post I saw someone had made it I was under the impression it was on the cd but I just traveled to buy the embroidery version and it’s not included with the JATW book, so I just want to know on what cd is it included. Thank you for your time. Just starting my JATW project today
Hi Margo – We would love to help you find what you are looking for! Can you clarify where you saw this? You could also send us the pic to info@kimberbelldesigns.com
Thank you for your comment. We are not quite sure which design you are referring to. If you would like to email us at info@kimberbelldesigns.com we would be more than happy to help you find the design. Happy stitching.
This quilt is wonderful! I have completed all the squares. I just have to do the lights and message cards. I am looking forward to putting it all together. A big “thank you” to Jeremy at Thimble Towne in Bakersfield for promoting this project and encouraging me to finish it.
I am reading the instructions for the quilt and am confused as to whether I use the 4×4 hoop or the 5×7? We bought the embroidery book and fabric kit from you at shop hop and they have been shipped and we are finally getting to the sewing. If I choose the 5×7 does it increase the overall size of the quilt and will I have enough fabric? I am Claudia King and I bought the book and my daughter Glori Thelin bought the fabric kit. This way we can do it together.
HI Claudia – In the pattern book it says which size hoop you will need for each type of quilt block. You will use both 4×4 and 5×7 hoops. Enjoy!
I just saw the “Jingle All the way” project at a fabric/Baby Lock store (The Stitchery – Rome GA) and bought the machine embroidery version AND I ordered the material kit. I know, I know; it is November 6; therefore, I won’t even attempt to start until AFTER Christmas. This is my project to have for Christmas 2018. My question is I know your “Inspire Along” ended November 1. Can I get the information you used so as I can use it for next year?
Hi Linda! So exciting for you! Yes, the inspire-along is over…sorta lol. We didn’t really have set rules – it was designed to help others work on their quilts together. I would suggest to go back through the Bella’s facebook page and just read all you can! The members give so many great tips and there are hundreds of people who have made the quilt …. or are making it now and can help and offer you advice!
